Correctional Healthcare Partners (CHP) was founded by Dr. Peter J. Freedland after recognizing a critical opportunity to improve healthcare in correctional settings. Guided by a simple but powerful belief, "We must do this better," CHP was built on a commitment to putting patients first.

CHP's leadership team is composed of experienced correctional clinicians with more than 50 years of combined industry expertise. Having worked directly in correctional facilities, our team understands the unique challenges of delivering quality healthcare in these environments and developed proven solutions that improve patient outcomes while reducing liability.
